HI Everyone I hope you are all well just letting you know that Matty Evans and myself will be starting our next master class on July 26th, all the information is on my webb site www.intelligentselfprotection.co.uk These classes cover both physical and motivational aspects and I can say without any exageration have had a massive effect on those that have attended them. Matty at long last!! is putting a grading sylabus together so anyone doing these classes will be able to grade with us. For those that dont know Matty is awesome and has recently being grappling with Jeff Monson on a regular basis arguably the best heavy weight grappler in the world.
