Hi All

For those interested in training in Urban Combatives self-protection there wil be a six week 'basics' course running on a Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm - 8.45pm - in the South Croydon area.

The dates are from the 10th March until the 14th April inclusive. We may extend the course following that.

The cost is £8.00 per person per session. Please PM for details or to book a place. There is limited hall space (there are a couple of places left).

There will be other instructors attending who have also trained under Lee Morrison for many years and have a lot to offer. Please bring any focus pads, mits, strike shields, training knives etc that you have.

This class will now take place on a regular basis every fortnight from Tuesday 14th April 2009
