Wayne Lakin - Olympic Judo & CSP Real Combat System Grading/Workshop

Post by Al Peasland on Tue Sep 29, 2009 10:30 pm

On Sunday 18th October, CSP Coventry will be holding our first Grading Workshop

This will be a 4 hour event

BCA and Non-BCA members all welcome

It doesn't matter if you wish to grade in the Real Combat System or not - this will be a seminar/workshop not a traditional grading - so everyone is welcome

I am also extremely proud to announce my very good friend Wayne Lakin has kindly offered to come along and teach 2 hours of absolutely World Class Judo

The session will be tailored specifically for our class, no-gi with a mix of stand up and take downs.

For those who don't know Wayne - he was crowned Common Wealth Champion in 1994, British Olympic Reserve in 1996 and has been British Champion on a number of occasions.

An ex-doorman, with an outstanding list of qualifications including 4th Dan and BJA Club Coach, he can now also be found teaching Judo to the Leicester Tigers Rugby Team.

And as if 2 hours with Wayne wasn't enough, Mick and I will also be teaching a further 2 hours of self protection and RCS syllabus - with some bonus material thrown in ;-)

Do not miss your chance to attend - it's going to be a fabulous seminar.

Prices as follows:-

BCA members wishing to Grade = £30
BCA members - not grading = £20
Non BCA Members = £25

Gradings only available to BCA members who are already training with me or Mick in the CSP classes

Please register directly with me via email or telephone to reserve your places - these are going to fill up fast.
