This course is set in the relaxed, comfortable environment of the Hilton Hotel - not a sweaty Gym

This course will teach you all of the non-physical personal security skills that will keep you safe and could possibly save your life

When we teach our children to cross the road - we do it by showing them how to be aware of traffic, how to assess the dangers and how then how to avoid them - NOT how to roll over car bonnets

This Personal Security course is designed in the same way - teaching you all of the "Soft Skills" of self defence so that you can become more aware, more safety conscious and avoid potential confrontation

No previous martial arts experience is required

Open to all women aged 16 years and over

Morning refreshments will be provided, along with a free workbook containing all of the material presented, plus a certificate to keep for your records

These are fun, friendly and educational courses - and you will leave more informed and with a host of safety tips for you and your family

Cost is set at a very low £25 per person - with an added discount at £20 per person if you book for more than 1 place - so why not bring a friend along to join in the fun
