Would like to just say to all out there that I and a couple of FFMA students atended Al's class this Sunday and we came away buzzing with enthusiasm and ideas. Al took the first hour and dealt with realistic takedowns and standup clinching and Mick Tully took the second hour and introduced us to JKD. Both Al and Mick are blue chip guys and their passion for what they are teaching is both refreshing and informative. Both of them are inherently approachable and spent quality time explaining and demonstrating effective moves to us all. I would say that if you live within gettable distance of this class, you should try it. I can think of no better way to while away a couple of hours on a Sunday.
