Welcome to Dorchester Martial Arts and Self Defence,

Learn Martial Arts and Self Defence skills in a safe and fun environment with Dorchester’s Premier Martial Arts Club. Currently based out of Dorchester Middle School, we run classes for all age groups and abilities covering a wide spectrum of martial arts including Muay Thai boxing, K1 Kickboxing, Self Defence, Submission Grappling and Western Boxing.

All classes are taught by Luke Mannion, who is a 5th Dan Freestyle Ju Jitsu, 4th Dan Black belt in kickboxing, 1st Dan Real Combat System, Muay Thai Boxing Instructor, full ABA Boxing Coach and British Combat Association Instructor.

Adult Class Times

Mondays and Thursdays
7pm – 8pm Ladies K1 Kickboxing
8pm – 9pm Western Boxing

Tuesdays and Fridays
7pm – 8pm Muay Thai Boxing
8pm – 9pm Submission Grappling

Children Class Times

Tuesdays and Thursdays
5pm - 5.45pm Kids Kickboxing (5-8yrs)
6pm - 6.50pm Kids Kickboxing (9-14yrs)
