Id be interested in a training partner to cover self protection, not an art, in South Shields.

My time is very limited hence reason for me not attending a club at moment but when I do it will be back to Sunderland taining with Martin Dougherty, top bloke of SDF.

So if anyone is serious about self protection and can meet maybe once or twice a week in South Shields initially, send me a pm please.
