Is it realistic?
I like their idea of pressure testing, but does it really show the FMA as realistic or that most systems are full of fluff and stuff that doesn't work?

Animal days stripped down the empty hand arts.
How much has these events stripped down the FMA?
Does DBMA reflect this or do they still teach the entire FMA system.....Latosa, Inosanto Blend, etc???

Anyway as a martial artist fanatic, I'm glad I caught this program.
