Hello all, im 31 years old and hold a Shodan in Shotokan Karate and currently a brown white in Jujitu. Have learnt a lot about myself and self defence by applying what I am learning on the street and hope to get into the self defence side of things even more this year.

Thanks guys, yes shotokan has always been my base but have strayed overtime to learn more!
