Nice article Tim
I've had the privellege of stepping foot inside the "church" - fortunately for me it was at 12:30am after a seminar with Tony.
So, I was able to use that as an excuse not to get punished for an hour - not that 12:30 am is likely to stop Tony from doing a workout - he's one of the most motivational and inspiring trainers I've met.
Anyone who is lucky enough to receive an invite to the "church" must not miss the chance.
Cheers Tim - keep the articles coming

I can vouch for "the church", i have trained in there for other reasons, not the weights, and it has everything you could imagine. The added extra is of course Tonys brain, I dont know how he comes up with the ideas he does, but one things for sure, you will always be suprised with what would come next!!!! We take our hats off to Tony and his thinking and dedication. Well done Tony,
