i have been clearing out my favorites list and came across these again. i might have posted this already but they are a great site for how to building your own training equipment.

Making your own dummy would be quite hard. But regarding those sites, maybe you would want to put it in a blog? I have a colleague who makes his own equipments from scrap metals, using some power tools. But he doesn't goes online much so he doesn't have time to post those equipments.
