Rice Bags

Hi all

I did the seminar at the Plas Coch centre in Wrexham last week which I thought was awsome!

I enjoyed the training with Tony Terranova, though it was quite hard.lol Could anyone give me any advice on how I could go about making or buying one of those rice bags we trained with?

Also I would like to know if anyone knows of any MMA classes in the north east of england.

Hi Mark,

Glad you enjoyed the seminar last week, was a top day.

The rice bags can be easily made with 2 - 2.5 kilos of rice in a large freezer bag then put inside a couple of Tesco carrier bags and finally wrapped in 3 to 4 layers of strong duct tape. Just make sure it is nice and solid or it might split.
