I have just finished watching Lee's new DVD 'Solo Training with the Manikin Dummy'. I think it is one of the best DVD's Lee's produced so far - which is saying something in itself. Even if you don't have a BOB or manikin dummy (which I don't) do not let that put you off. You still get loads of priceless Combatives/self-protection information from this DVD - including seeing the whole compressed Urban Combatives syllabus in action; the use of strangles & chokes, use of weapons including the knife and stick, even groundwork etc. etc.

Highly recommended & worth every penny. In addition you get to see Rob's barn where it was filmed - nice one Rob

I'll second what you there about that Solo training Vid - it's awesome, and one of my favorite UC productions so far too. There are loads of great training ideas, and material packed into it. Well, worth checking out!
