As a follow on from my recent thread on 'self perfection drills or self preservation drills' what are forum members opinions regarding training in original Jeet-Kune-Do to that of Jeet-Kune-Do concepts for the physical aspects for self protection training?

Either.....as long as they involve hard training,sweating and a huge dose of honesty

If by concepts you mean kali,inosanto blend and ongoing research then that's me
