    New Bi-Weekly training class will start as follows:

    Start Date: Wed 14th October
    Time: 6:00-8:00pm
    Venue: The Mount pleasant Hotel, belle vue terrace, worcester rd,great Malvern, Worcs WR14 4PZ

    Training will be progressive Goshinkwai - Self Defence
