Hi everyone. Thought id better introduce myself. Im 16 male and from england. And painfully aware i cant fight for shit. I dont know if this is the right kind of forum but it looks like a goos start.

I want to learn to fight. I dont meen an evening class for old people where they had out peperspay and tell people to poke the eyes and scream. I want to fight. How do you learn to fight? I live in a small town with no proper fight clubs. A few martial art classes but we all know they have no real life value.

I was wondering about taking up boxing but that focuses on punching, a small part of fighs as i see them. Im not a violent person but i feel quite vunerable at partys e.c.t when fights kick off. So where is a good place to start? Considering i have verry little money to spend (but plenty of time and dedication). Cheers

where you live buddy, I can offer you a free training session if you want it. Boxing is a great place to start mate as most altercations start at punching range. Why not start to get fighting fit by starting off today with a range of exercises. Press ups, sit ups, squats, etc: Also check out a few well known websites and instructors and soak up all the info you use. Start here: www.warrior.moonfruit.com www.geoffthompson.com www.johnskillen.com www.completeselfprotection.com there are many more if you're not sure just ask...Also read all the information available here
