    100% agree

It's actually one of the recommended reads for those joining our CSP Masterclass in April

Such a simple message and has far wider implications than simply for self defence on the street Wink

Excellent book im just over halfway through it know. The scary thing about this this book is when you realise just how many traits you share with some of the nutters refered to in the book, or is that just me HE HE. This book is not so much about Fear/adrenaline control as i first thought when I brought it but more about listening to Fear and what it,s telling you. Not the best review I no but although I can read im a bit of a thick T*&T when it comes to writing.
