    Joined forum after finding a link on the Instincive combatives site. I've trained in various styles over the years from boxing, muay thai, judo and goshinkwai yawara, these days most of my training is at home on a heavy bag (i practice general timed boxing rounds/line ups etc), but i have interests in self-protection.
