I have been running classes out of other peoples clubs for a good few years now and I would really like to set up my own place. In the past year it's something I've started to look at quite seriously. I have found a building in a good area with very little compitition. I've worked out set up costs and rent and have a pretty good idea of what I want. But I could really use some advice. Being honest this will all be new to me and I could do with some help avoiding pitfalls and hopefully making it work. If anybody out there has allready been through this and wouldn't mind sharing there knowledge with me I would be grateful. All input will be appreciated. Cheers. Matt.
