Anyone been watching the program on Sky following Alex Reid?
Have't seen it myself - was wondering if it was worth watching?

I watched it.
From first episode I was saying to the other half, he should of gone to CSW and let the tv cameras follow him through a 10 week training program at a real MMA club. That would show me he is more serious about this fight.
THEN if he wanted extra tv work he could of done a cheap version of Kick Ass moves as this is a poor version of that show.
He is never gonna have the time to do enough reps to make any techniques learnt burn into his muscle memory and the one he did use was a headbutt and that is illegal in all combat sports!!
Us technical people call it....a clash of heads! lol
Still IMO, he is a very polite guy.
