Hello Everyone

My name is Paul Morrison, 36 years old from Macclesfield in Cheshire. Iam one of the co-founders of mettle urban self-Protection and one of the two Morrison Brothers.

I love training, learning and teaching Self-protection, any skills, knowledge and experience that i can pass on to help others, not just in self-Protection, gives me great satisfaction in life. I know that this is where i want to be!!
