    Hello everybody and best regards to all the people in this forum... my name is Juan Carlos and I'm from cuba, being involved in martial arts since 1991, mainly in Wing Tzun, Escrima and recently Silat and other systems... but always searching the best ways to selfprotection and everything that works... I hope to exchange and to learn a lot from all the very good people on this forum.. best luck to all...
