    Hi all,

    I'm Matt Sylvester from Exeter.

    I'm 35 and have been doing Chang Hon-based TKD since 1991. I was Features Editor for Combat, TKD and Trad Magazines and Technical Consultant for Fighters Magazine. I also have a book on TKD applications coming out next year under Summersdale.

    I hold;

    3rd Dan in Jung Shin Mudo
    1st Dan Ao Denkou Jitsu
    1st Dan Aikoushin Kubojitsu
    Level 1 Instructor and UK Advisor for Jim Wagner's Reality Based Personal Protection
    Instructor in Lee Sansum's Family Awareness Safety Training

    Aside from the martial arts I spent some time as Special Constable and I'm also a Door Supervisor.
