    Hi guys,

    I know a lot of us have to work and do a lot of other stuff other than training and sometime you just don't have the time to train.
    This is what i did on my lunch time when i was working away.

    Ha ha the guys i was working with thought i actually was off the rails by doing that.

    It's very limited in term of equipment but its better than nothing, after all nothing beats the multi joint basic movements.
