    Hi Al (and Mick, cant be forgetting Mick Very Happy ),
    Thanks again for a top class mate. well worth the 2 hour drive Very Happy
    Top bunch of guys you got there.

    Anyone that hasnt been down there yet, i would suggest you head on down. its an awesome class. and easily worth the spends Very Happy

    Thanks for the feedback mate. It was good to meet up finally.

    Sorry I wasn't able to spend more time with you - the class was rather busy - but hope you enjoyed it and was able to get something from it

    Look forward to meeting up again on the Feb seminar

    being left alone in class mostly means im not doing it as badly as someone else! haha

    Also, paired off with Davey off the forum here, nice right cross on him. my wrist is bruised black from holding the pads for the guy Very Happy

    Yep Great training with ya mate, like you say, theres lots of talent in the class and everone has somthing to offer.

    I feel well lucky to train with these guys.
