    Hi All,

As you know our seminar is fast approaching, and to ensure the day runs smoother, we are sending out this email to all attendees.

    1) We have decided that in order to make it an even better day than planned, we are extending some of the times of the instructors to make sure you all get top notch instruction, and for the longest time possible, so we ask that you all arrive at the venue for 13:00 for registration, and the action will now kick off at 13:30.

below is a schedule for the day. between each instructor, there will be a 5 minute break to gather equipment, get a drink etc.
    1pm till 1.30 registration

    Kick off 1.30 NOT 2pm

    1.30 till 2.15 Bob
    5 min break
    2.20 till 2.50 Tony + Alan
    5 min break
    2.55 till 3.40 Al Peasland
10 min break, drinks break etc
    3.50 till 4.20 Carl Lewis

30 mins for lunch to commence at 4.20 untill 4.50

    4.50 - 5.20 Pete S
    5 min break
    5.25 - 6.10 Eddie
    5 min break
    6.15 - 7pm Lee
    5 min break
    7.05 - 7.50 Mick Tully

    2) Unfortunately, due to personal issues, 2 of our instructors, Dave Turton, and Mark Fry, will not be attending on the day. They offer there sincerest apologies to you all, and both of them continue to fully support both our seminar and forum. We have decided that Dave Turton will not be replaced, which will allow the extra time we have given our instructors to ensure you get maximum benefit from each instructor. Mark Fry's groundwork slot will be replaced by Mick Tully. fresh from training with Renzo Gracie in new york, Mick is sure to offer an awesome slot and will be a great addition to the roster.

    3) The venue has strict rules governing events, and we ask that you all follow them:

No outdoor shoes (meaning boots etc. trainers/sports shoes are fine)
    No smoking
No food or drink to be consumed within the hall (with the exception of sports bottles with resealable lids)
    No chewing gum
    No stiletto heels
    No glass bottles

please ensure footwear is clean and free from mud/stones etc.

    4) Tea and coffee will be available on break. other than that, NO refreshments or food will be provided.

    5) here is a google map link with the location of the venue for those of you that need directions:
    http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&source=s_d&saddr=&daddr=53.054667,-3.005919&hl=en&geocode=&mra=dme&mrcr=0&mrsp=1&sz=16&sll=53.052835,-3.004911&sspn=0.006823,0.019312&ie=UTF8&ll=53.054254,-3.006048&spn=0.006823,0.019312&z=16

    6) If we end up having to rush out of the hall after the seminar, dont feel you have to leave. there is a pub across the road, and im sure a lot of us will re-convene there for chit-chat etc (and im pretty sure any instructors that are present will open their car boots for you to buy more goodies Very Happy)

    7) There is a viewing area should any of you wish to bring spectators. This is an open event and happy for people to view.
However, the training hall is for people participating in the event only. No guests will be allowed in the hall when the training is underway.
There will be time at the beginning, during the breaks and at the end of the event for group photos and to buy merchandise from the instructors.

Cool We have a few photographers already signed up to take photographs throughout the event and these will be the only ones allowed in the hall during the sessions.

    9) Please bring a copy of the confirmation emails you received when you booked your place, or some ID so that we can confirm who you are and check you off the list.

    10) Please note that due to the incredibly low prices, the instructors are all doing this for the love of teaching, so please show your appreciation by bringing a few extra merchandise "tokens" ;-)

Once again, thank you all for your support with the forum and this event. It's going to be a fantastic day.

Thats everything covered, so re-read through this email just to make sure, and we will see you all on the day Very Happy

    best regards,

    Hi Karl

Spectators are welcome but they will have to remain in the viewing area which is upstairs above the hall (apparently)
They are welcome down to the hall in between training but we need to be strict about who is in the hall during the training sessions.

But no, they won't have to pay mate - Very Happy
