    Hello all I have my grading in about a month and it includes some arm locks as part of the syllabus basically you need to demonstrate 3/4 different locks from a rear and front strangle I feel I have improved greatly in this area as I have done alot more lock classes, is there any tips on how to perform locks correctly? any feedback would be much welcomed.
