    Can anyone recommend a good workout for fitness and strength training.

    At the moment I am doing a three day split on the weights, couple of runs a week ranging from 5k to sprint and speed training and a couple of sessionof jujitsu

    I agree

    I have the privilige of training with Tony 4/5 times a week both MA and weights/cardio.

    Nothing i have ever done comes close to what he thinks of.

    Watch out for something quite special coming from Tony & FFMA in the next few months.
