If he does that the garage will be demolished and the only thing left standing will be the bag!

you see a clip of me missing just after that was the same day i had just added more elastic making it more difficult to hit, you'd hit it in one direction it would stop then as you strike it moves again.
i always tell people to make sure they drive the elbow straight through the target rather than across as seen in the other clip.

even though it was a classic clip, the lesson learnt should be learnt well! missing like that on the street could mean the difference between life and death!........clip removed

    cheers Karl,
for anyone on the forum wondering on the background to this, I had to ask Karl four or five times to put the clip up of me missing and even then he double checked with me to make sure I was ok with it. I`ve got a history of panic attacks, low confidence etc and he`s been coaching me carefully to gee me up, not shatter me.
But having been a star of stage and screen for a week or so now I asked him if he`d take it down and he`s done it straightaway.

Bloody good egg and well worth seeking out. Get down to the garage of doom, you won`t regret it.

    cheers

    Mol
