heres the secret someone hides before the lesson and when the time is right they sneek out and yank on the guys ankles just as they strike!

I don't think you should you be tying up Polish people in your garage and hitting them like that.... Very Happy

I agree, I didnt expect to see boxing from a punchbag.
I am definately taking my bag more seriously from now on.

One miss in all the time I`ve been going and you`d think I`d murdered a crippled child !
The bag is a devious swine, you can`t quite pick it up on the clip but it shimmied over to my right a touch, my placement and balance were perfect thank you very much.

And it didn`t knock me out, it was merely a flesh wound.

anyway, thank you for the feedback. You bunch of shitehawks !

lol!

now now mate.

Just because the bag is devious be more devious than it, anticipate its movement, be at one with your surroundings, close your eyes and see hawks flying in a clear sky. feel the breeze, see the sunshine and feel it on your face.

then... as in all the best movies...

Place on a blindfold and feel the force... hopefully this time my good friend, not landing you on your keister accident

Keep going forward buddy.

it moved cos it was scared, and I even hurt the air with that final elbow.

Well I certainly hurt my f**king elbows, ribs and knees as I landed !

I find putting 100% into anything is vital, so when I miss I miss with stunning power and committment.

For tomorrows session I`ve got super grippy adidas sambas and will be using all my spider sense and astonishing cat like agility to make the bag suffer for its crimes.

Dented ego, slight bruising, couple of scratches. I`ll live.

Blindfold it, spin it round a few times, put the lights out and set the garage on fire.
It`s a winner!
