    Hello people! I hope that we all can have some great discussions here about my favourite topic: Self Defence.
    I´ve been training for about 10years in various martial arts such as Krav maga, Wing Tsun, Krav Maga, Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA etc and have (unfortunately) been involved in quite many street "incidents". Nowdays I´m working as a bouncer and, as many of you guys know, thats a profession where you have to use violence some times too.
