Intro and Hi!

Hello, my name is Helen, aged 38, yikes!! I have been training MMA at FFMA with Tony T and Alan M full time since Oct/Nov last year and before that with Alan since March 07. The club is brilliantly run by Tony and Al and also the other trainers. They are excellent at teaching and inspiring confidence into you. They are all very generous with their time and every class is thoroughly enjoyable and challenging. My fitness levels and confidence have grown so much as well as knowledge of MMA. It truly has been a life changing experience.
I cant imagine my life without it!
