Greetings all!!!

Where to start..... I'm 42 (and feel it every morning!)

I don't believe in practising any one style... I believe in the "If it works for you its right for you" approach as my combat training is for works sake rather than its own sake...

I'm an investigator in the private sector, but my work takes me to somewhat unpleasant parts of the world...
I used to be in the forces where I specialised in Close Protection and Investigation and thus carried on in the same lines of work having left...

I stumbled on this forum, somewhat by accident, but it looks like its going to be a mine of information!!!
