Hi guys, Its a problem, that i feel has got worse. Its my shoulders mainly, and occasional elbow. Whenever i train, or just normal everyday things in life, my bones creak and crack, some are very loud, and only a few hurt. I already take glucosomine as i damaged my coccyx falling down the stairs, some years ago. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Regular sports massage.
The more you train the more you need to take care of yourself.
I used to have a weekly deep tissue massage and it worked wonders for both helping minor injuries to heal more quickly and also loosening up general stiffness ready for the next session.
The more medically trained amongst us might have some more educated answers though

Hi Esther
I have to agree with Al deep tissue massage, I injured my shoulder a while back and since then I get alot of pain with it and I get the clicking, after a good physio session the pain and the clicking disapears for about a day, then the pain comes back, but the click seems to have almost gone I only get the clicking when I rotate my arms in big circular motions.
Go to the doc's and he can arrange for you to see a physiotherapist, might be a bit of a wait, I waited about 3-4 months for my appointment.
Take care

You can also take vitamins and supplements to help with things like this.
Glucoasmine Sulphate
MSM
Chondroitin
All popular choices.
