    hey guys

    i am after a decent home chin / pull up bar and i like the look of the PX90 on ebay..

    anyone got one or reccomend a different one?

    it needs to be strong cause im a fat f****r

    There are a few options there les. I have a chin and dip bar being mad and drilled to the wall and the cost is only 100 pounds and its solid as a rock

    Not as robust as a welded and bolted to the wall number Peter is getting - but quick to sling onto the top of a door frame and does the job

    Not great if you want to do anything explosive though - more for slow and steady pull ups and it can start to damage the wall above the door frame if you're not careful

    Yeah - it's pretty cheap and nasty - but does the trick and after the first few weeks of excitement have worn off - it folds nice and flat to be easily stored in the garage along with the ab-roller and electric shock muscle toner Laughing
