I have only trained with Jamie three times in the past (private seminars and at the past seni events),i rate him very highly as both an instructor and practitioner.

Have no idea what his personal favourite techniques are (Dave Turton could probably tell you) but his dvd on the double hand slap i thought was very good.

I havent trained with Jamie, but I did teach him for a few years (many years ago mind)
He is big into aggressive heavy impact, and he is very good at it

he is one guy who genuinely has been there, done and designed the bloody t-shirt

I rate him highly .. very highly
Infact I was talking to a couple of my 2nd Dans only this week and they were asking about my personal 'top ten' real SD men, and I put Jamie in my top three

    Thank you for your replies.

I've read about him and some of his techniques he gives weird names to like the machine gun strike and friend or foe strike.

I wondered what these moves were?
