Hello everyone my name is Tony Somers, I along wth Alan and Matty Evans am One of Geoff Thompsons top instructors.I think thats mainly a time thing I have trained with him for the best part of twenty years and never leave him alone. 
Over the last few years I have got into counselling and motivation in a big way and do alot of work in all sorts of areas really. I work with alot of people who have limiting beliefs and are full of fear. Recently I have stumbled into sport psychology I think people like to call it this "hey this is Tony my sports psychologist" sounds better than "hey this is Tony my counsellor". To be honest I dont care what they call me as long as we get results. Myself and Matty Evans have been doing master classes for a while now combining the physical and the psychological and we are getting rave reviews, long may it continue!!
The site looks fantastic and a big well done to all you guys for putting it together. There are some brilliant people on board and I hope it just goes from strength to strength as I am sure it will.
