Hi guys!
Great to finally find such a great place for the martial arts community to come together without it turning into a cockfight!
My background is Muay Thai, many a cold sunday morning in Birmingham with Bob Spour to learn my skills and earn my bruises.

That Karl? I'm in Bridgend mate, spoke to you last september on FB (Paul)
Still trying to get up there to meet face to face! Was stuck up in London until xmas last year.
Congrats on The Approach Level 1 course, i'm not too sure about that moustache tho!!!
I'm on the course this time round, looking forward to a few more bruises.

HI Paul , yes it's Karl . Happy New year mate . Your going to REALLY enjoy the Approach with Eddie . I can't say enough good thing's about him.May even pop up to see how every one is getting on .And don't worry I set the moustache free , it wasn't fair to keep it in captivity. Very Happy
