I like reading all aspects of threads. From all points of view. This is an interesting one.Being a dwarf myself at 5ft 2, i almost disappear when sat in a chair!!!!lol.. So learning from a confined space is an advantage.I appreciate all of your many years of knowledge, and feel free to advertise books or dvds in the threads.I dont always realise you guys have them until you say. I dont know if you are aware, but i review Al peaslands books and dvds, and put my reviews on this forum. We all gain then.I appreciate your knowledge. Thank you guys. cheers

I just posted my review of Al's restrictive training DVD in the review section. For the rest I guess there is no one cover it all answer for defeding when seated.

Here is one way of doing it

    Kind Regards,
