    Hello!

    My name is Matt, I'm 24 and living in Herts. I've been involved in Martial Arts since I was 9, starting in Shukokai Karate before moving onto Wing Chun and studying in China for a while. I currently train in JKD/FMA, BJJ and Thai Boxing and have a big interest in Self-Protection as I'm also a police officer and officer safety instructor in the Met.
