    hi

    got an invite from Adam, so thought i would join up. hi everyone. i have been training in various arts since 1992. karate kickboxing BJJ and for the last 5 yrs all those including the concepts of Richard Dimitris Senshido.

    looking forward to reading all the stuff Laughing
