My name is Rob Poyton, I'm an instructor based in Bedford. Been around for a while, first started training in the early 80s, trained with lots of interesting people (and a few odd ones!) over the years.

These days I train and teach mostly Russian style, prior to that my background was in Chinese arts and a mix of RBSD and other odds
