    Dear All,

    FFMA (Fighting Fit Martial Arts) will be hosting a John B Will no-Gi semminar on the 22nd of September 2010 at the Cheltenham Recreation Centre. All the details are posted on our website www.fightingfit.gb.com (go to the new stuff tab).
