My names Chris, I'm 16 and i live in Australia. I'd like to learn martial arts and other defence systems. I do not know if this website is also about fitness but I'd like to improve on it as well as my self defence. I want to give and gain as much knowledge as possible and hope to meet some new people etc.
I'm fairly fit i used to run 3 kilometers a day and weights also but cut back on the running I guess I got a Lil' lazy. I still do my fitness beep test with a push up at every beep really tests your fitness and have reached a max of beep 14 and still do my regular weights. I do not know much about self defence but hopefully you all will guide me to help me be better. One thing I really want to improve is my reaction speed. I know i'm young but im fair smart for my age
