Hello from Cyprus

Hi everyone

Im a 4th degree black belt teaching ITF style Taekwon-do in cyprus.
Former Instructor with N.E.S.T Taekwondo for over 9 years in UK.

More interest in the practical side of traditional arts than the combat sport side.

Looking forward to being on the forum and learning from you guys.

I used to really enjoy those sessions when you came to my gym for private tuition (hate to think how long ago that was)

I still see Russ Yellott and Jimmy Napier quite a lot
Russ has joined my association and is grading in the SDF Modern Street Combat Stuff

Hi mate nice to hear from you hope you and Karl and the lads are well.

Glad to see your association is doing well, i doing a little bit of Taekwon-do over here on a british army base.

Russ came over in November last year was nice to see him.

I will be back in UK around Aug for 2 weeks, if you doing any classes i would like to pop in an train again.

The sessions you taught me were great { i remember those mornin sessions i did with you an karl around 2002 i think, andy critt was training aswell}, learnt so much from you.
