Good luck guys, this looks like a great idea.

I'm Alan Macdonald and I co-founded Fighting Fit Martial Arts with my partner and brother Tony Terranova just over a year ago. Our feet havent touched the ground since. I have very little experience in the Martial Arts but have trained as a private student of Tony's for the last four years. I completed Geoff Thompson's BCA Level 1 instructors course and have attended seminars with Geoff, Peter Consterdine, Alan Peasland and John B. Will. My background is in the military, with spells in the Paras and the French Foreign Legion, where I gained invaluable experience of life at its raw end.

I am passionate about improving the few skills I have and am committed along with Tony, to sharing the passion we both have for Martial Arts through FFMA.

    Hi Alan

Welcome to the site mate, and may I just say - you are far too humble and modest. Wink

Thanks for the support with this and hope to train with you again very soon.

    Take care

    Mr T's garage,

is that the crazy guy from the A team? or are we talking mr Mick " Positive " Tully here?

Is this a secret hide out where the best of the best congregate for coffee and kickings?

Nah - this Mr T is Mr Terranova :-)

We need to find some less confusing nicknames me thinks - although, I'm not going to be the one to suggest any nicknames for Mr Terranova - have you seen the guy fight!!!!!

    Shocked

I think Alan Mc should choose the nickname
as he gets beaten already so another session wont do him any harm
and we can take comfort in the fact that we wont be on the receiving end....
