giving a helping hand to create and maintain this place, hope you all enjoy it.

I'm currently a student of Carl Lewis's in JKD, and always looking to add good techniques and ideas to both improve and simplify what i have learnt, and will learn.
expect plenty of random funnies from me, and twisted humour.
