Hello fellow followers and leaders of SD.
I'm Andy, 29 years old currently based in Huddersfield although originally from Macclesfield. Professionally I work as an Executive Search consultant in Manchester (does this sound like i'm a blind date contestant!?)
Have been doing various martial arts from the age of about 6 including Judo, Karate etc like most kids. Spent most of my teenage years in Lau Gar Kickboxing. In my 20's in mostly been boxing. Over the past year or so however I have been focusing more on 'reality' based teachings. Have attended a variety of seminars run by a variety of people such as Geoff Thompson, Rich Dimitri and I'm currently on the USP course (Bob Spour).
I'm here on the recommendation from Bob Spour and also Luke Mannion. I look forward to reading and contributing.
