The Self-Defence manual

First serious book I ever read on self protection, so good I ended up training with the author, albeit briefly due to my own time constraints.

Excellent book definately on par with Geoff Thompson's Dead or Alive and 'Dog's don't know kung fu' - O'Keefe.
