I think you got the hugging bit a little confused with your showing kindness mate. waking up with a headache and slightly disorientated may be the sign that the hug didnt quite go to plan.

also may be the sign that people dont really wanna share the love anymore either

We all inhabit the same place. Sometimes love won't do it and they have to be negated to keep the peace, but the most important thing is that they don't infect you so that you end up the same as them.

You don't defeat an animal by trying to become one, use your intelligence and skill, it works better.
